Traditionally the heavy duty micro powder bagging machines were comprised of two separate types of equipment. One equipment was used to fill the bag with a micro powder, and the other stuff was used to seal the bag.
Once filling the bag is complete with contents, then the bag is released from the clamp and transferred to the adjacent bag sealing machine by a conveyor. Due to the movements of the bag from one position to another, the section of the sealing mouth become inconsistent resulting in poor sealing quality and loss of contents from oxidation and moisture. The sealing process involved human labor and dependent on the worker's skill level, the seal quality varied. With today's chemical industry shifting toward more value-added materials, a failure to seal the powder bag consistently with high-quality results in a substantial economic loss.
We at NLI solves the foil bag sealing problem by introducing a powder bagging machine built as a single unit for powder filling and the bag sealing. Since there is no movement of the bag from one device to another to seal the bag, the NLI's micro powder bagging and sealing whole unit system can achieve a reliable seal at a consistent level. The unit is most suitable for the use of aluminum foil bags to fill contents that are sensitive to oxidation, discoloring, and moisture.

How small is a fine powder and what is the unit?
Expressed in a unit called Mesh. 1 inch by 1 inch square is 8 mesh. For example, Wheat Flour is said to be around 200 mesh. Corn Starch about 110 to 200 mesh. Carbon is about 200 mesh.
